Hot Stones Therapy
Working with water heated Basalt Stones of different sizes to key points on the body gives a deep soothing treatment. The direct heat relaxes muscles allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than a normal massage. This therapy also has a strong healing element as each stone is carefully selected and looked after to give each treatment a burst of energy leaving the client relaxed and rejuvenated. Ideal for any type of sports/work injury or perfect for just complete relaxation!
I just love the hot stones, they get deep into your muscles leaving you feeling energised and relaxed at the same time!
Di Witts – Barrister

Holistic Hot Stone Facials
A wonderfully relaxing massage which improves the circulation and texture of the skin, as well as encouraging cellular activity and rejeuvenation.
Pressure point massage gently stimulates and balances the body's energy, encouraging relaxation and promoting a sense of well-being.
First the face is cleansed, exfoliated and a mask applied. Then a deep relaxing scalp massage is followed by a facial massage. This includes lymph drainage and acupressure which together with hot small stones placed at various reflex zones help release deep facial tension.
Whenever I come down to Plymouth I love having one of Lucy's Hot Stone Facials they are so relaxing!

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
